RETURN POLICY

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns. If you are purchasing a gift, go for the ‘Gifting WIN’ and give a Gladiator Art & Apparel Gift Card to that special someone. *If you have received your order and the item is damaged or incorrect, please click here, and we will work with you personally, to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT ONE OF MY ITEMS IS MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO? We're so sorry for the error! We do our best to check every package carefully before it leaves our studio, but sometimes mistakes happen. Please reach out to us by clicking here, (w/in 10 business day of your PURCHASE) the link below, and we will correct the mistake immediately by sending you a prepaid shipping label to return the defective item.

Once we receive the defective item, we will either:

  • Ship you a replacement product immediately

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment methoD

  • If you live near our store and would prefer to exchange a defective product in person, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order to schedule an appointment.

i received a sweatshirt but it doesn’t fit, can i exchange it? Do you live here locally in Rochester, NY? If you answered yes, then- we accomadate In-person exchanges for, defective, or unused & unworn items. Please get in touch with us w/in 10 business days to see if an exchange can be facilitated.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
